       I just thought I would let you know what happened after the installation of my STEMS unit on my Florida home.  My Feb. 2009 electric bill was $304.00. My March 2009 electric bill was $94.00   The power co. reduced their rate by 10%, so that accounts for $ 30.00 savings. There were not as many cold days, so the electric heat was not on as much. Also the days were 1 hour longer, so the lights were on less. Taking all this in to consideration, I would say that your unit was responsible for a major portion of my savings on the electric bill,   Summer bills are high due to A/C. At this rate the unit will pay for it self in 9 months or less.
